Terms of Service

1. Platform Role

MyOffer provides a marketplace where customers and providers connect. MyOffer is not the direct provider of home services listed on the platform unless explicitly stated.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account and profile information.
• You are responsible for account security and login credentials.
• You must not impersonate others or provide misleading details.

3. Provider Verification and Documents

• Providers may be asked to upload identity and business documents for trust and verification workflows.
• Uploaded documents must be valid, lawful, and belong to the provider or authorized representative.
• MyOffer may suspend or restrict accounts when submitted documents are inconsistent, incomplete, or suspected to be fraudulent.

4. Payment

MyOffer does not process, hold, or facilitate any financial transactions. All payments are agreed upon and settled directly between the customer and the service provider, outside of the MyOffer platform.

• MyOffer accepts no responsibility for payment disputes, non-payment, fraud, or any financial loss arising from transactions between users.
• Users are solely responsible for choosing a safe payment method and ensuring settlement is made as agreed.
• Any price shown on the platform represents an agreed quote between the parties and is not a charge made by MyOffer.

5. Job and Quote Rules

• Job posts and quotes must be honest, clear, and lawful.
• No spam, abuse, harassment, or unsafe service requests.
• Contact details and platform communication tools must be used in good faith and only for relevant transactions.

6. Trust, Disputes, and Enforcement

MyOffer may apply moderation, trust scoring, temporary restrictions, or account suspension to protect users and platform integrity. Dispute and review features are provided to support fair resolution flows between users, but MyOffer is not a mediator, arbitrator, or guarantor of any outcome.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

MyOffer is a marketplace platform. We connect customers and service providers but are not a party to any service agreement formed between them.

• MyOffer accepts no liability for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any work performed by a provider.
• MyOffer does not verify the professional qualifications, licenses, or insurance of providers beyond what is stated on their profile.
• Users engage with each other entirely at their own risk. MyOffer shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or services arranged through it.
• MyOffer is not responsible for the accuracy of content posted by users, including job descriptions, quotes, or profile information.

8. Changes to These Terms

Platform features may evolve over time. We may update these terms to reflect product and legal changes. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised terms.
